We know that it’s not always easy navigating the services and resources that are available when you have a disability(s). 
We also recognize that knowing where to start when reaching out for help can be confusing, whether you have a diagnosed or undiagnosed disability.  This guide was put together by students who have experienced many of these overwhelming feelings throughout their academic journeys to show other students with disabilities that they are not alone.
